Margate Football Club Youth Section is independently run, but fully affiliated to Margate Football Club.

Margate Football Club Youth Section is a FA Charter Standard for Development Club. The FA Charter Standard for Development is an award issued by the Football Association, which recognises football clubs which are run to certain high standards. This includes qualified coaches and managers to either Level 1 or 2, which all are coaches/managers are.

Margate Football Club Youth Section also has a Child Protection Policy in place, which is designed to safeguard our members. All are managers and coaches are also First Aid trained.

Margate Football Club Youth Section is a non profit club. Any money left over is used to develop the club further.
